ABOUT ANNA MAROSO
My work focuses on strengthening decision-making through research, reflection, and human-centred design.Currently, I’m a Principal Design Researcher at frog, part of Capgemini Invent, where I support client teams in navigating complexity and ambiguity by staying close to real user experiences. What matters to me is helping organisations move beyond speed and outputs toward clarity, judgement, and long-term product quality.Across my career, I’ve partnered with startups and large organisations to shape products and services from early discovery to launch, while leading teams and scaling design and research practices in alignment with business strategy.Lifelong learning and knowledge sharing are central to how I work. I mentor researchers and designers, give guest lectures, speak at conferences, and share reflections through writing—both to sharpen my own thinking and to contribute back to the community.Outside of work, I recharge in nature—hiking, stand-up paddling, and long walks with family and friends.
