ABOUT ANNA-MARIE SWAN

I describe my work as being that of an organisational ecologist and embodied facilitator. I authored the Ecological Organisations Framework, released under creative commons, and write about my work and other things in the substack Cellular Rearranging. I host and produce Generative Worlding, initiated the first season of Facilitation Pods which is now continuing as a commons under co-stewardship, and am the founding steward of the Patreon-hosted Ecological Organisations Constellation. I am fascinated with my work, which includes:* becoming more ecological organisations.* self-organisation and distributed decision-making.* implementing Ostrom\'s design principles for commons into organisations.* disrupting unhealthy group patterns, and alchemising new ones.* relational and organisational reconciliation and repair.* organisational and community stewardship.* embodied facilitation.* supporting organisations and communities to discover their relationship with the Doughnut and apply their discoveries to organisational operations, governance, strategies, and norms.
