HighlightsFormerly Seletar Shipping (Scotland) Limited, it all began when Seletar Shipping Limited was formed as a brand new ship\'s agency company in Great Yarmouth in January 1988. It expanded into Aberdeen in November 1993 and Peterhead in May 1998 (both as Seletar Shipping (Scotland) Limited). Turnover of nearly £17m and EBITDA of c. £850k was achieved in the financial year ending November 2008, at which point two areas of business that had been trading within the main shipping company were demerged, namely Waterloo Quay Properties Limited and Genesis Personnel Limited.The Seletar Shipping division was sold to ASCO Marine Limited in June 2009 for a combination of cash and equity stake at which point I became Managing Director of the retained companies.In 2012 my shareholding of Genesis Personnel Limited was increased during a MBO, at which point the Manager and Assistant Manager became directors.Soon after, the acquisition of Northbey Power Limited was effected, expanding the provision of personnel within the offshore market.
