WORK HISTORY
Lecturer @Ist-Hochschule Für Management
Lecturing and facilitating two modules at the IST: 1. Strategic Planning & Creation: Jointly with theatre and film director Frank Alva Buecheler. This is a DIY course. The students select a current societal or environmental challenge, plan and create a campaign. Along the way they learn a new way of thinking and doing based ob design thinking, systems thinking and Frank\'s Media Differential model. Marketing & Communication Controlling: How do brands create impact and can it be measured? This is the question at the core of this course. In particular, I look forward to welcoming some exciting guest speakers and learning about new trends in this field.

ABOUT ANNA MARGOLIS
Summary: Why I get up in the morning? Because I believe in creating impact via meaningful interactions - in professional and private life. For me, creating impact is an iterative process of learning from failure and success. To get there, I embrace systemic design thinking and lean innovation. Currently, I am curious to see how these can be leveraged in cross-sectoral collaborations to drive transformation towards circular economy. As a behavior economics enthusiast I believe that a story or a picture can create a bigger stakeholder impact than statistics. Saying this, I was brought up by a data scientist - so I also value data analytics. My career has mainly focused on leading global projects in Corporate Transformation within Henkel. First, in B2C Marketing, then in Culture & Strategy and later in B2B Branding and CX. The skills I acquired on that journey are human-centered problem solving, branding/storytelling and leading transformation. Today, I leverage these skills in three ways:1. Research: As a researcher I am exploring how to enable a systemic shift towards a sustainable and circular economy at scale.2. Action: As a facilitator and transformation designer I offer support in circular transformation programs. Give back: As a social entrepreneur, trainer and lecturer I offer training on design thinking and career orientation to graduates and young professionals. Are you interested to share experience?
