Anna Margolis works to become an extension of employers’ teams by developing legal strategies to meet specific business needs and maintaining clear, consistent communication through every stage of the litigation process.She has represented employers in legal matters in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings, including defense against employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour claims. Anna also has experience enforcing non-compete and non-disclosure agreements and collaborates with employers to conduct internal investigations.Employing a reasoned, preventative approach, Anna strives to put employers at ease while proactively mitigating legal risks and ensuring they remain in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
