I’m a designer and a researcher with a background in psychology, behavioural science, branding, and customer experience, now focused on UX and service design. I’m passionate about understanding how people think and feel, and turning those insights into designs that are clear, useful, and meaningful.I bring a mix of research-driven thinking and creative problem-solving, with a strong focus on collaboration and evidence-based design decisions.
