As a consultant I help organizations by establishing strategy papers and setting up tools for analysis purposes — bringing structure and clear documentation, so decisions are easier to make and explain. In addition, I support and run leadership workshops and assist in coordinating change activities when teams go through reorganization.On the IT side, I contribute to SAP Concur implemetation projects: translating business needs into practical specifications, supporting configuration and testing, and helping colleagues adopt the solution in day‑to‑day processes.
