Atamis is a SaaS provider who specialises in strategic sourcing software (Salesforce) which improves visibility and control within procurement operations. The customer base consists mainly of public sector bodies such as the NHS, government agencies, central government, local councils and universities and some private sector clients such as utilities and housing companies. Responsibilities undertaken-Manage up to 15 projects concurrently including complex, strategic implementations with hundreds of end users-Manage projects throughout the complete life cycle: initiation, discovery workshop/ requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, go live-Overseeing implementation projects of the Atamis core product and large-scale transformation projects including new API integrations-Responsible for client budgets by defining deliverables within budget and time constraints-Constant touch points with Development, Product, Sales, Client Success Managers, Accounts and Support to ensure projects can be delivered as smoothly as possible-Training junior consultants and project managers in running implementation projects independently by clearly defining all project phases and the outputs of all project phases-Resource planning across a team of ten consultants.Defining project management processes and implementing these across the whole company, including-Sales handover (client onboarding)-Handover to Support (transition into BAU)-Introduction of an internal project management and timesheet software -Project templates such as project plans, action logs, project initiation documents, training materials and UAT guides-Producing client-facing documentation and guides to ensure clients understand the project approach, dependencies and deliverables as well as empowering them to become confident system users.
