About Anna Kuchment

I edit stories about the life sciences in one of the world\'s largest and fastest-growing medical hubs, which also happens to be my hometown. Previously, I was a Knight Science Project Fellow at MIT, a science enterprise reporter at The Dallas Morning News and a senior editor at Scientific American magazine. Before that, I was a longtime writer and editor at Newsweek magazine and the author of \"The Forgotten Cure: The Fall and Rise of Phage Therapy\"(Copernicus Books, 2011), about superbugs and the race among biotech startups to bring a new antibiotic to market.
