Hello there! I am a Business Analyst at Peri & Sons Farms within the H2-A department.I graduated in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Sciences (AES) with concentrations in Supply Chain Management and Technical Sales from Michigan State University. Throughout my time at MSU, I had 3 internship experiences- Spring/Summer 2021, I was a Global Supply Management Intern in the Power Electronics team at Tesla Motors- Summer 2019, I was an Operations Analytics Intern at Jackson National Life Insurance - Summer 2020, I worked at Midwest Automation Supply as a Technical Sales InternThese opportunities helped me to gain industry experience - I learned how to work cross-functionally within an organization, how to negotiate/create leverage, how to use data to drive insights/make decisions, and overall, how to use skills to help a company succeed. At Michigan State University, I was the President of Society of Applied Engineering Sciences (SAES), the Treasurer for Spartan Ski Club (SSC), a member of the Honors College and a Tower Guard member. Tower Guard was an amazing opportunity my sophomore year where I volunteered 120 with the Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities (RCPD) on campus. Additionally, I worked as a Lead Ambassador for the Women in Engineering Recruitment, Civic Engagement, and K-12 Outreach Office to recruit and retain women of all backgrounds in engineering.I was awarded the 2022 MIT Frank Wang Supply Chain Excellence Honorable Mention Award.    Collaborated with company executives and crew foremen to consolidate, compile, audit, and fill monthly H-2A employee Department of Labor (DOL) Applications and Crew Lists, serving our 3 locations and 100+ crew’s labor needs- Scheduled all H-2A employees with the Mexico Consulates to ensure timely arrivals for our annual seasonal workers- Streamlined and managed the H-2A meal and housing services to meet DOL H-2A program requirements- Partnered with Seso to generate and incorporate new functionality ideas for the agricultural management platform.
