The role requires strong project management capability, including structured issue tracking, risk mitigation, and transparent communication across diverse scientific and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Oversee end‑to‑end progression of all engineered cell lines, using structured project management tools to track milestones, surface issues, and drive timely resolution of risks, delays, or resource constraints- Lead and facilitate prioritisation decisions for targets entering the cell engineering pipeline, ensuring they are aligned with antibody discovery needs, broader organisational strategy, and stakeholder expectations- Deliver clear, data‑driven reporting, including regular pipeline performance summaries for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans- Act as a central coordination point for cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, aligned expectations, and smooth transfer of engineered materials for downstream validation and development- Manage stakeholder‑facing processes, including the publication of validated cell lines to the public website, ensuring scientific accuracy, compliance, and timely updates- Coordinate, track, and resolve customer and internal stakeholder queries, using structured workflows to ensure high responsiveness, clear communication, and consistent documentation of issues and resolutions.
