   SDG & E Asset Management: Developed a long-term strategic vision for making risk-informed portfolio investment decisions at SDG & E—leveraging their asset-based risk management system (Copperleaf), as well as organization-wide systems, data repositories, and IT solutions. Served as an Enterprise Risk Management lead for a major regulatory submission to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)—the Risk Assessment and Mitigation Phase (RAMP) 2025 filing. Conducted change management and process enhancement work for the Investment Portfolio Optimization (IPO) team throughout the 2025 Capital Planning cycle—and implemented improvements ahead of the 2026 cycle.SDG & E New Business Construction: Without changing any technology, designed and implemented a construction process that reduced customer wait time from 270 to 90 days, reduced handoffs by 22%, and established formalized quality checks to prevent future delays and improve service quality. Developed strategy that won a $15 million contract to run a major organizational change effort in SDG & E’s construction group.SDG & E Energy Efficiency: Developed the 10-year Public Sector Business Plan for SDG & E’s energy efficiency program. Ran a competition with SDG & E’s acquisitions group, which stood up a Master Services Agreement that allowed 14 energy efficiency contractors to provide energy efficiency services to SDG & E’s Public Sector Partners.
