I teach or have taught Biology, Honors Anatomy & Physiology, and Science, Technology & Society Honors at Athens Academy. Beyond the classroom, I have taken on leadership roles to strengthen STEM education and student engagement.In 2011, I began chairing the STEM Long-Range Planning Center of Emphasis, helping to shape the school\'s vision for STEM education. Since 2017, I have served as Science Department Chair, leading the science faculty, advising on curriculum development, managing the science instructional budget, and overseeing the school\'s science facilities to ensure they support safe, innovative, hands-on learning experiences.I also serve as an advisor, mentoring a cohort of students throughout their Upper School experience, as Co-Sponsor of the Interact Club, fostering student leadership and community service, and as an Assistant Coach for our Robotics Teams in the Upper School.
