I am serving as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Kappa Alpha Theta, Alpha Theta Chapter. As VP of DEI, I am responsible for fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment within our chapter by promoting education, encouraging meaningful dialogue, and supporting initiatives that strengthen belonging for all members. I coordinate DEI programming, facilitate chapter-wide conversations, and collaborate with executive leadership to ensure our practices reflect our commitment to inclusion and belonging. In this role, I proactively address diversity, equity, and inclusion concerns within the chapter, attend campus-wide DEI trainings, and complete annual DEI training from Theta Nationals.
