I think that management is an art of achieving results requested from you with the team/resources you have, figuring out how every piece fits like a puzzle. I love seeing it all click into place. I’m there for my team - whether it’s covering their on-call shift, helping untangle a tricky technical problem, or just listening during our 1:1s.I\'m hands on (coding, code reviewing, designing, investigating incident, deploying etc.). I love order and good documentation - not to an extreme, but probably farther than most :)I believe a great engineer can explain their work clearly enough that even their non-tech relatives would get it.I dance.I figure skate.I make quilts.I love cats.

   Currently leading a team of 10 engineers responsible for the company’s core P1 services ( messaging platform ).• Led multiple cross-functional teams of 3–8 engineers across several startup-style company initiatives (see below).• Hired, onboarded, mentored, and promoted engineers to strengthen and grow the team.• Designed new features, investigated ongoing incidents ( I am a hands-on manager, which is very technically involved).• Orchestrated and delivered the migration of the Core Messaging System (handling 2B+ messages/month) from the old monolithic architecture (VMs) to the new scalable one (K8s / GCP) reducing the number of incidents by 50% and increasing customer satisfaction.• Delivered an NFT-gated messaging community mobile application from scratch, managing backenddevelopers and coordinating away teams to launch the project on time.• Led development of an at-home blood draw ordering platform, incorporating AI-driven analytics to enhance results accuracy and insights.
