Since January 2025 I’ve been assigned the role of Category Manager for duvets,pillows and specialized items. Wendre Group decided to focus on their own brands asa complement to the long-time private label production. My responsibility was tofurther develop Wendre’s existing sixty-year-old brand in Finland, Familon, in additionto developing Wendre Bedding, a completely new brand built on long-standingexperience of customer brands.Materials, models, designs, weights, sizes, calculations, samples, packaging, labels,photos, inserts, pricing, sourcing, forecasting, purchase-planning, customercategorization, webpage and item descriptions for general marketing information allhad to be in place during 2025. During this time I’ve also been supporting private labelitems in my categories.
