Responsible for creating and managing content on defenders.org and Defenders’ social channels, and other channels as needed, for the purposes of brand awareness, external engagement, advocacy, and fundraising.Tasks often include:• Researching new and more diverse audiences • Educating and driving action among audiences (donor and non-donor) • Refining social content strategy and social tone of voice • Creating brand consistency • Simplifying and amplifying broader external affairs messaging • Supporting field staff and coalitions in storytelling and marketing materials
