As the Lead Trades Recruiter for one of the largest HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical companies in the Atlanta area, my experience and knowledge is deeply rooted in trades specific recruitment and has proven to be invaluable to not only myself but also my employer. Previous to trades recruiting, I started my career in logistics and education recruitment which has allowed me to be diverse in my sourcing and interviewing tactics along with opening doors for new connections in various employment fields.
