I have worked in corporate Real Estate for over 10 years for some of the largest firms in the world. I have significant experience of acting for institutional investors in portfolio asset management and financing. My sector specialisms are industrial/ logistics and retail, acting for both institutional landowners and occupiers in the acquisition, finance, letting and exit of portfolios, but I also work within education, hospitality and leisure, and social housing.I learn my clients’ business, short and long term strategies, how they operate. I evaluate risk profiles efficiently, allowing for concentrated negotiations. Expect phone calls from me, not lengthy emails.
