I\'m a Tax Director within RSM\'s Share Plans & Reward team, helping our clients create an engaged and aligned management team and workforce.I specialise in helping my clients implement tax efficient and commercially effective solutions to incentivise their employees using share options, shares or cash based incentive arrangements. My expertise includes advising on and implementing HMRC approved share plans (EMI, CSOP, SIP and SAYE), direct equity acquisitions (in particular through growth shares) and employee ownership trusts. I also specialise in the tax valuation of management equity in highly complex or leveraged structures. My clients include private equity backed businesses, high-growth companies and family owned businesses.
