Quite simply: I am a decisive and emotionally intelligent leader who guides people and processes to successful results. My passion lies in creating and managing results-driven projects and processes while building and maintaining quality relationships. I love turning a “no” into “yes! What can we do next?” and empowering others to success. I have a background in special education and accessibility which contributes to my love for developing opportunities for inclusive and creative solutions. As a lifelong learner, my curiosity and desire for knowledge and proficiency are often significant drivers in my work. I currently manage 5 vertical industry product groups under the umbrella of the Industry Leadership division at MHI, including but not limited to managing and executing budgetary actions on behalf of the groups as well as guiding content creation and engagement initiatives. I establish, foster and nurture member company relationships to support the engagement and memberships of multi-billion dollar companies in our industry group programs.
