Working in a small agile team of four professionals very closely with managers and staff of two production facilities (approx. 650 employees). Focusing on succession planning and building up a talent pool with appropriate employee development program next to the operational activities. Currently driving an organizational change in the management of After-Sales-Service and navigating through cultural challenges. Supporting the top management while counseling on people-related topics and delivering reporting and statistics. Conduct an organisational health survey and initiate follow-up actions. Facilitating knowledge transfer in R&D. Resolving employee relation issues in a cooperation with the works council.
