Following the new organization of the business model, I’m offered the responsibility, in the new Business Digital Technologies unit, of the Resource & Operations structure, which controls and reports on the economic progress of projects; R&O controls as well the analysis, through dashboards, of potential project criticalities. Furthermore R&O manages all issues relating to project staffing and support in all people processes (training, remuneration …). In this faze I’m also reasonable of managing the project for the unification of the BUs at the Italian level, defining and implementing the integration roadmap to standardize the processes, the working methods, the governance and the reporting. I am in charge of the new operational and organizational model and the plan for the development and growth of resources.

ABOUT ANNA GANDOLFI
Graduated in mathematics and always passionate about technology, I have been working in the ICT sector for almost thirty years, of which twenty in executive positions. As an R&O I am taking care of the integration between two business units, defining, and implementing the integration plan to standardize the processes, the working methods, the governance and the reporting Of great importance is the responsibility of controlling and reporting the economic progress of projects, as well as the analysis, through dashboards, of the potential project criticalities. As COO I managed medium and large ICT service companies, having the responsibility of pre-sales and delivery, depending the offer on partnerships developed in the three-year strategic plans. I have also managed the acquisition of a company branch from the people and delivery point, integrating about 200 people into a structure of 800. As Technical Director I took care of the development of an internal product of CRM, managing the entire internal production cycle, from the design of the functionalities to the production for the customers/ clients I‘ve also built the entire company information system, to support all the internal processes designed according to ISO specifications. SUMMARY 28+ years of IT experience of which 20+ years of broad-based management in IT Consulting, Systems Design, and Development, Implementation and Support. Strategical and cost-effective employ technology in alignment with corporate goals. Co-founder of Visiant Galyleo Spa, an Italy-based company providing Information technology support and consulting which Indra Sistemas S.A. successfully acquired in 2011, operating as Advanced Technologies Director in Indra Italia in charge of all digital practices: Data technology & Advanced Analytics, New-generation Architectures, CRM and digital channels and Digital Operations until 2020. Following the new organization of the business model, I am offered the responsibility, in the new Business Digital Technologies unit, of the Resource & Operations structure, to which it is added the goal of defining the new operational and organizational model and the plan for the development and growth of resources.
