Managing the inventory of Vinnie Louise, our sister store SVM Boutique, and our children\'s boutique Leigh Lou\'s. Creating products and PO\'s in Shopify for all new incoming items from brands. Calculating profit margins/markups and determining the pricing for all new product. Receiving the new shipments of product and accepting PO\'s. Looking into the analytics of product for each store location and determining which styles will sell best at each location. Setting up transfers for product going from warehouse to stores, and moving product between store locations accordingly. Reporting any discrepancies or damages to the vendors. Ensuring inventory at all store locations for each company remains accurate. Problem solving and adjusting any inventory discrepancies. Ensuring product is pulled and styled for photo shoots. Managing day to day warehouse operations, and delegating tasks to the warehouse team to ensure optimal time management and success.
