Talent Acquisition professional specialising in large-scale hiring for theme parks and entertainment destinations, with hands-on experience supporting new park launches in complex, global environments.I have led and supported end-to-end recruitment operations across the UK, US, Europe and APAC, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver both high-volume frontline hiring and senior-level recruitment. Most recently, I supported a major entertainment park launch, managing applicants and contributing to the successful hiring of ~600 employees within tight timelines.My strength lies in building and scaling recruitment operations — from designing processes and localising hiring frameworks, to leading interview-day logistics, candidate experience, and cross-border coordination.
