My role in the ANG Office of the Command Chief Master Sergeant (OCCM) is to support the ANG Command Chief\'s mission of enhancing the readiness, welfare, and professional development of more than 107,700 enlisted Airmen within the Air National Guard (ANG) across all 54 states and territories and 90 Wings. I firmly believe that prioritizing mission over function is essential, as it ensures that our initiatives are closely aligned with our overarching goals to support our Airmen and recognize their invaluable contributions.I focus on methods to best empower Airmen, build warriors, and create visionary leaders. As an Enlisted Professional Military Education (EPME) Distance Learning (DL) instructor, it is truly a privilege to mentor the next generation of leaders, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge necessary for thriving in their careers.In the ANG OCCM, I take pride in managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring our communications are strategic and impactful. This essential function allows me to collaborate with various branches of the Department of Defense, the Pentagon, state leadership, and our sister services. I can represent the ANG enlisted force in vital discussions and decision-making processes through this collaborative effort.I advise the ANG Command Chief Master Sergeant while celebrating the remarkable achievements of our enlisted members. Building strong communication channels with Wing and State Command Chiefs, Career Field Managers, Combatant Commands, and Senior Enlisted Leaders is crucial. I also actively review and provide insights on Department of Defense policies, ensuring that they align with our ANG enlisted perspective and strategic objectives.Our team shares a passion for advocating for our enlisted force and fostering a culture of excellence and readiness throughout the Air National Guard. By empowering Airmen, building warriors, and developing visionary leaders, we are shaping a future where every Airman succeeds and excels.

   Manages daily operations and serves as the principal advisor within the Office of the Command Chief (OCCM). Ensures the ANG CCM is equipped to advocate for the readiness, welfare, and professional development of over 107,700 enlisted Airmen across the 54/90.Manages all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the OCCM, ensuring strategic messaging, compliance, and adequate information flow. Coordinates across the Department of Defense, Pentagon, state leadership, Headquarters Air Force, and sister service components—representing the ANG enlisted force in high-level forums and decision-making environments.Key responsibilities include- Manages internal processes and staff operations to optimize the CCM’s strategic engagements - Plans and facilitates the ANG CCM-led “Focus on the Force” events, showcasing enlisted excellence across the ANG - Supports coordination for the Enlisted Field Advisory Council (EFAC) and Air Force Senior Enlisted Leader Council (AFSELC)- Maintains direct contact with Wing and State Command Chiefs, Career Field Managers, Combatant Commands, CNGB, and Senior Enlisted Leaders across the enterprise - Reviews and advises on DoD policy from the enlisted perspective to align with ANG priorities
