Key responsibilities of the Business Control Manager Role:Business Controls leads teams in the work with financial management and line/operations general management to ensure processes and control requirements are defined, implemented, and followed. Audit is responsible to inspect, validate, recommend, and report that controls are properly protecting INTESA´s assets.Responsible for providing an independent and cost-effective internal audit source to all operations Ensures systems controls are in place and determines operation’s consistency with corporate objectives and standards through various verification methods and proceduresAs Quality manager I\'m involved in some or all of the following activities:• devise and establish quality procedures, standards and specifications of a company;• review the needs of customers and make sure they are met;• work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;• setting standards of quality as well as health and safety;• ensure that the manufacturing processes or production in line with international and national standards;• looking for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency;• the definition of quality procedures in cooperation with the operating personnel;• creating and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;• monitoring the performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;• make suggestions for changes and improvements, and implementation arrangements;• using of important quality tools and making sure managers and other staff to understand how to improve the business;• making sure that the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
