MY PATH IN 2 WORDS:A very classic course in business school where I learned to dare. Quite lucky to obtain Socrates Erasmus scholarship, where I learned to fight for my own. This took time until I really dared and it led me to get rich experiences in various countries and activities. A path that took me to L\'Oréal where I arrived 11 years ago and where I did the retraining to data.HOW AM I IN A FEW WORDSI am pragmatic - not a wonk who stays in the back-office or the ivory tower and write academic papers. I get my hands dirty with real-world problems and I love this part of the job. I love work with people, I love train and explain.MY JOB\'S STAKES:Once upon a time it was a guy sitting in front of the screen and keying in the information in the system……. My every day work is about convincing peoples that data is critical, that it is a real corporate asset and that the managerial decision could be based on wrong or missing information. This journey is building the bridges between the teams and data, facilitating transversal communication, but also telling stories, asking questions, helping find root causes. MY FAVORITE PROJECT : It\'s difficult to mention one in particular since I\'m very proud of all the projects I had a chance to be a part of. However, I can talk about the project SDS (Safety Data Sheet) as it was for me the amazing transversal experience and it let me discover l’Oréal: from R&I and Laboratories, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging & Development, Marketing, Plants, Supply, Affiliates till the end customers. I had the opportunity to work on the data governance, on the process and to see how data management maximizes business outcomes with improved data integrity, visibility, and accuracy. MY SUNDAY MEANS?On Sundays, I like to share some time with the ones I love, whether it\'s by achieving a common goal like the Paris Marathon (already my 7th run) or by doing all those simple things in family for the pleasure.
