   At Dataiku, I deliver first- and second-line technical support across a fast-paced, cloud-first environment. I support a primarily macOS user base and manage tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Airtable, and Miro to ensure seamless operations for both in-office and remote employees worldwide. I troubleshoot systems, networks, and collaboration tools while contributing to a secure and scalable IT infrastructure. I also manage device deployment using mobile device management platforms, such as Jamf and Intune, and maintain conference room AV systems to ensure reliable global communication. Working closely with cross-functional IT teams, I prioritize service excellence, clear communication, and practical problem-solving to support Dataiku’s rapid growth and international workforce. Beyond my technical responsibilities, I value building connections with colleagues and actively contribute through the NYC Office Culture Committee, Dataiku Climate Ambassadors, and the Queer Dataikers ERG.Dataiku is the Universal AI Platform, uniting the technology, teams, and operations needed for companies to build intelligence into their daily operations, from modern analytics to Generative AI.
