As the Coordinator of Counseling and College & Career Readiness at Goose Creek CISD, I oversee the implementation and evaluation of college and career readiness and services that support the academic, personal, social, and career development of students. With over 10 years of experience in the higher education industry, I have developed a strong expertise in student development, advising, admissions, career counseling, and student affairs.I am also pursuing an Ed.D. in Ethical Leadership at the University of St. Thomas, where I am exploring the ethical challenges and opportunities that educators face in diverse and complex educational settings.
