In order to gain experience outside of HR, I took on a leadership role in P&L organization (team of 6 people). Aim of the Business Excellence area is to ensure & secure process performance in global OES product management (e.g, part terminations, phase-out management, volume forecasting for the service phase, stock monitoring); Develop and maintain OES-specific tools and ensure data quality; Perform data analysis and reporting; Drive process optimizations; Lead global high-impact projects with strategic importance.Due to the merger of Vitesco Technologies and Schaeffler AG, I continue my position at SAG, Division Vehicle Lifetime Solutions, starting Oct 2024.
