I am excited to be joining Autumn Counseling as an Associate Therapist working towards my Clinical Social Work License, in supervision with Brittany Burch. After raising three children with my husband, Brad, and many years in the Public Service, Education and Non-profit sector, I am returning to my Social Work roots in the direct practice space as a psychotherapist. My area of focus is working with parents as they traverse unexpected junctures in their and their children\'s lives. In my experience, psychotherapy can be invaluable a tool when we find ourselves at a difficult juncture, in crisis or seeking to living a richer more meaningful life.
