ABOUT ANNA E.

I am a registered nurse, independent case manager and expert witness who values integrity, transparency, and quality in my practice. I am a dedicated and skilled nurse who excels in providing personalised rehabilitation and care packages. I put each client at the heart of their rehabilitation journey, tailoring her approach to meet their unique needs. My practice is underpinned by The 3HUB Case Management Community. The principle of the 3HUB model is that it offers highly experienced case managers such as myself a structured and organised community of like-minded, fully qualified healthcare professionals with the common aim of providing an individualised case management service to their clients. Our business and operating framework works dynamically to meet the rigorous (and ever changing) governance standards expected of case managers. We are audited regularly to make sure that all our professional standards are met to maintain membership of the 3HUB community. Drawing from over a decade of experience in Major Trauma, Spinal Injuries, and Neuro-Rehabilitation, along with senior roles in the NHS, I am can adeptly navigate complex challenges. I specialise in supporting diverse client groups with complex physical and cognitive needs, including those with respiratory care requirements, including tracheostomy and ventilation. I hold a strong understanding of the guidelines set by the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) and the Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMSUK). This allows me to apply a thorough and detailed approach to case management, ensuring high-quality care for my clients.My experience as a nursing manager and matron in the NHS, has equipped me with skills in coordinating large teams, ensuring efficient, effective care delivery, whilst navigating complex statutory systems. I take pride in delivering tailored interventions and fostering positive partnerships to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery. My experience extends to safeguarding, managing complex cases with agencies and social services, and have been actively involved in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, addressing matters related to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS), decision-making.
