Focus on supporting the Swiss and Austrian markets with the following key responsibilities:Oversee recruitment tasks for projects, ensuring alignment with language skills and business needs.Conduct cold calling to M3 Global Research panelists, recruiting respondents for various projects.Schedule and manage interviews to ensure timely participation.Proactively plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment strategies to optimize internal resources, minimize outsourcing costs, and ensure successful project delivery.Regularly update the project management team on progress, results, and action plans to ensure projects are delivered within the required timelines and specifications.Identify and flag projects that may require additional resources or partner involvement when recruitment progress is off track.Ensure that outsourcing and calling targets are met for assigned markets.Collaborate with the Project Management team to address and resolve any project-specific challenges.
