Work in synergy with local Markets in the design of new beauty boutiques especially in APAC region/counters/fixtures making sure they are compliant with guidelines and FH high quality standards: from design to technical drawings check, supplier\'s visits and installations;* Work with Trade Marketing to follow the ambitious roll-out plan and make sure each project follows the commercial requests of each Market;* Management of the design and deployment phases of ephemeral set-ups for trade shows and internal events (ie TFWA Canned and Singapore / Heinan Expo / CIIE…) from the design draft to technical drawings check, supplier\'s visits and installations in site with particular attention to sustainability aspects;* Work with Marketing and 360 team to keep the instore concept up to date, making sure it reflects the evolving Brand strategy (including instore initiatives such as art of wrapping, customization services, MUP services.);* Work with a highly demanding Fashion House and designers to capture the Brand vision into the instore concept, defining the consumer journey and the fixtures catalogue merging local commercial needs and FH requirements;* Leader in the collaboration with the design agencies, freelancers and suppliers from creative brief to prototyping and production;* Management of the niche collection The Alchemist\'s Garden in terms of instore image (both permanent and temporary) working with 360 teams to design and deploy new launches toolboxes;* Leader in the constant update of the full and detailed permanent and semi-permanent merchandising guidelines in collaboration with external agencies and suppliers;
