   In partnership with unit leaders, provide oversight for multiple areas: Facilities and Custodial, Finance and Accounting, Resident Services (Hospitality Desks), Human Resources/Payroll, and Summer Conferences for Housing. Provide leadership for Dining Programs (Chartwells, Vending, and 3rd Party Vendors) for the university, inclusive of P & Ls, operational components, and strategic oversight to align enterprise strategy. Additionally, provide support functions around special projects, Development and Donor relations, construction and new project onboarding, and consultant management.
