As a key member of Entelligence’s People Operations team, I oversee the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through offboarding — ensuring a consistent, data-driven, and high-quality experience for our global workforce. I focus on optimizing HR workflows, streamlining processes, and leveraging analytics to build scalable people operations that drive engagement, performance, and organizational excellence.Key Contributions & Responsibilities:Own and continuously enhance end-to-end People Operations processes to deliver a seamless and efficient employee experience.Support all core HR disciplines including HR operations, talent acquisition, learning & development, total rewards, employee engagement, and people business partnerships.Lead process improvement initiatives that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and create workflow automation for greater efficiency and accuracy.Serve as the primary point of contact for HR and back-office inquiries via shared inbox and Slack, ensuring timely and accurate employee support.Utilize HRIS (Paylocity) to manage employee data, payroll coordination, timecard processing, and benefits administration in partnership with Accounting.Coordinate and lead virtual and onsite engagement programs, orientations, events, and communications alongside the People Leadership team.Partner with the HR Director on employee relations, handling sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality.Support benefits enrollment, compensation reviews, and compliance efforts to ensure equity and accuracy across programs.Leverage People Analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and improve retention, satisfaction, and organizational performance.Lead culture initiatives supporting Entelligence’s recognition as a Great Place to Work and Fortune-ranked employer.
