About Anna Debenham
Offering a clear avenue to recovery and freedom where every person has the opportunity to lead a robust and healthy life. The Insight Alliance is an organisation that offers programs inside Oregon Correctional facilities, to those in transition and publicly to individuals struggling with addiction and psychological obstacles to health. We also work with professionals who support these populations. These programs uncover the resilience and innate mental health all human beings already have inside them. It teaches a simple understanding of how our feelings, experience and state of mind works, and how this simple truth enables people to thrive no matter what their circumstances.
