ABOUT ANNA DAVIES
BSc Hons graduate in Sports Therapy, including acupuncture, K-Tape and Myofascial Release. From a young age, I was always involved in sports, local football and netball teams and the county cross country team and any other chance to try a new sport I had when at School, College and University. Through these sporting opportunities, I set my heart on Sports Therapy because of the in depth units of human biology to accompany the understanding and knowledge of sports injuries and rehabilitation. I love what I do and being able to see the rewarding results of Sports Therapy. I have been lucky enough to work in a variety of different areas of Sports Therapy, including, teaching and education, higher education, elite and amateur sports clubs and private clinic based. I am proud to have the opportunity to be able to offer \'Sports Therapy\' as an affordable, accessible and convenient healthcare for all. Also, being able to offer Sports Therapy jobs to all Sports Therapists at whatever stage of their career they are in, through \'Therapists off the High Street and the TOTHS brand. Clinic. The idea stemmed through my own experience as a newly qualified Sports Therapist in 2013 and a lot of conversations with University peers, new graduates and already practicing practitioners. The Reading based clinic has already been able to help a number of Sports Therapists with placements and the chance to start their career and be able to continue to learn and grow within a job.
