About Anna Dausman
Anna Dausman (she/her) is an instructor, operations manager, and small business owner based in Philadelphia, PA. Over the last ten years, Anna has organized and led over 35 retreats and residential experiences around the world with small communities of values-driven leaders, artists, students, and changemakers. Currently, Anna owns and operates Goodlands Food Co, a hot sauce and condiments company offering seasonally-inspired hot sauces for people who love flavor. Prior to founding Goodlands Food Co, Anna organized and ran in-person retreats for social impact leaders and changemakers at the University of Pennsylvania\'s Center for Social Impact Strategy. A believer in the power and purpose of community, Anna enjoys any opportunity to introduce and connect small groups of creative, innovative individuals.
