Welcome to my LinkedIn profile!I am a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota, where I successfully completed my Masters in Professional Studies (MPS) within the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program at the Twin Cities campus.At present, I am honored to serve as the Clinical Treatment Director at Elite Recovery, where I oversee the various programs throughout the organization. I am deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with addiction, and I am dedicated to ensuring the success and effectiveness of our programs.In addition to my managerial responsibilities, I am also a BBHT (Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy) approved Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC) supervisor. I provide weekly supervision sessions with primary counselors, offering guidance, support, and mentorship as they navigate their roles in addiction counseling.My therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed methodologies. I believe in empowering individuals to take ownership of their recovery journey while providing a supportive environment conducive to growth and healing.
