Graduated cum laude in Business Adminstration and PhD in Management - Ca\' Foscari University -Venice, Italy, she is full professor of Organization and Management at the Department of Management. She has been visiting Scholar at Centre of Corporate Strategy and Change- Warwick Business School UK. Since 2013 she is the director of the international PHD program in Management of Ca’ Foscari University and of the MPhil in Management Studies. At present she is the director of the scientific committee of the Ca’ Foscari Competency Centre, member of the Board of the Graduate School (doctoral programs) and of the scientific Committee of the Ca’ Foscari Challenge School (masters programs) and member of Ca’ Foscari – Harvard Summer School board. She has been elected as board member of the Executive board of Edamba – 20••••16She participated and coordinated several national research projects on organization design and innovation, among which research project funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Veneto Region. She was the scientific coordinator of the European project Leonardo OASI - 20••••05. She presented several papers at international and national top conferences. She was chair at Nobles Colloquia 2011- Venice and Best refereed paper at the eLearninternational, World conference, Edinburgh, Scotland 2003. She teaches at bachelor, postgraduate, master and PhD level courses in Italian and English on Organization design, Human resource management, Organization and innovation and Organization design for internationalization.Her research areas are organizational design and people and competence management for innovation, innovative entrepreneurship, project-based open innovation. Recent focuses are metaphor and conceptual combination in innovation, start-up and crowdsourcing.
