Managed the concept-to-launch of Samsung’s first: eSIM as Primary SIM device; eSIM device-device transfer capable device; multi-eSIM profile (MEP) enabled device; Bootstrap (eSIM activation technology)-enabled device in the North American market.• Oversee Samsung’s eSIM on-device activation experience in North America through monitoring market VOCs, complying with mobile network operator’s requirements and presenting design recommendations and iteratively implementing them according to the respective target device timeline. • Owning the end-to-end design of Samsung’s first satellite-messaging capable device by breaking down complex technical requirements into actionable, understandable concepts, aligning on-device customer journey with supporting mobile network operators, collaborating with software leads to check feasibility and implementation target timeline for proposed designs.• Leading Samsung’s One UI communication efforts in all flagship device launches by presenting and aligning over 80+ UX changes with North American mobile network operators.• Collaborate with 5 cross-functional teams including account teams to set product priorities; design teams and engineers to ensure design proposals are feasible and aligned with technical constraints; device technology requirements team to verify UX compliance and QA teams to check for discrepancies between device implementation and UX concept. Major Achievements• Mentored masters students from the University of Washington’s Human Centered Design & Engineering program and conducted 8 usability testing sessions on discoverability of personalization features on the Flip 5 cover screen; 2 out of 4 designs confirmed to be implemented in next flip device. • Conducted over 30+ usability testings and proposed design alternatives for Samsung\'s internal project management platform that resulted in a 14 point increased in the platform\'s SUS (usability) score.
