1. Assistant Director of Athletics Advancement and Gameday Operations

   In this role I supported an external and internal role within Division 1 Athletics refelcting the mission of education and customer experience supporting 14 sports. I focused on signature events and Gameday Operations.My experience in Athletic development focused on signature event oversight and fundraising with a team of staff, committee members, and community partners.UNC Asheville Athletics supports 4 signature events supporting the student-athlete scholarship fund. These events are driven through philanthropic giving and community engagement. I also worked with donors to bring in gifts for the Athletic department through community event cultivation, tours, meetings, and more to support the scholarship fund or specific sport giving. During games I also assisted with hospitality setup, donor relations, development student workers, and more to assist all operations. I had direct oversight of interns for office and event support. My experience in Gameday Operations supported 10 home athletic teams through event management and NCAA operations. I oversaw a team of over 30 student assistants with all scheduling, retention, training, and supervision. I was the contact point for visiting team hospitality and logistics while they were on campus. I also worked with a team of Gameday Administration to assist with vendors, security, University police, and more to solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment. I fulfilled roles within marketing and video broadcast on an as needed basis to support home athletic events. I oversaw a team of 30 student-workers and interns for event support with NCAA compliance.
