In her role, Anna oversees the Financial and Operational functions of the company.Anna partners with leadership in developing growth strategies in new and expanding markets,streamlines financial processes and manages global accounting, acquisitions, tax, audits,facilities and operations.Prior to this, she was Global Chief Financial Officer and Partner of The Grid (the network thatservices independent agencies such as No Fixed Address, Mischief, Courage and EthnicityMatters) across its unified suite of capabilities spanning creativity, media, experiential, analyticsand healthcare. Anna oversaw the growth of Mischief from pandemic start-up to five-times global agency of the year and one of GQ’s Most Creative Companies alongside the likes of Apple, Microsoft, and Nintendo. Today, The Grid is among the most sought-after independent network of agencies in the world. Before her time at The Grid overseeing financial growth, Anna spent 17 years at Leo BurnettChicago, ultimately assuming the role of CFO. As the business partner to the CEO, she was in charge of financial strategies and operations of multiple agencies under the Leo Burnett Group, as well as leading the integration of various Publicis Groupe acquisitions across North America.Anna received the IL CPAs Society\'s 2024 Women to Watch award for Leadership, was namedas one of the 2020 HERoes Top 100 Women Executives Role Models and was keynote speakerat the Northwest Indiana Influential Women’s Breaking the Glass Ceiling event and the IllinoisCPA Society Young Professionals Convention in 2021.She’s also the only CFO you’ll ever meet who’s an award-winning women’s fiction author with several published books.
