My litigation practice includes representing our companies against claims of discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, and enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants. I conduct internal investigations for our companies in the U.S. and abroad and speak at seminars and talks internationally about the employment relationship.
