ABOUT ANNA BRENT

I am the Creative Studio Manager at Merlin Magic Making, the in-house Creative and Project Delivery team at Merlin Entertainments. Merlin Entertainments is a global leader in branded entertainment destinations, and our team designs and delivers world-class attractions and themed accommodation - creating amazing guest experiences across Merlin’s diverse portfolio.At I am part of the Creative Leadership Team, where I line-manage Creatives, Creative Producers, and Designers, supporting them to make the best work of their lives!Before that, I was at award winning indie creative agency Across the Pond, in roles including Head of Creative Operations, Growth & DEI, Head of Marketing Operations and Executive Producer. At Across the Pond we delivered integrated campaigns for global clients - with a specialism in film and video. I spent five years in-house at Google/ YouTube as a Creative Lab partner leading the production of film, stills photography and design assets too numerous to count.I work to constantly drive positive changes in the industry, including spending several years on the Executive Board for Outvertising - the not for profit organisation that works to make UK advertising and marketing completely LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I hope to be a leading voice on diversity with articles that can be found in the pages of Campaign, Little Black Book and The Metro.
