Anna completed her training contract with Beale and Company and joined the firm\'s dispute resolution team on qualification.Anna has experience with both contentious and non-contentious matters, specialising in professional negligence disputes acting for engineers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, surveyors and their insurers. She has acted for both defendants and claimants with disputes both in the UK and internationally. Anna has experience with all areas of dispute resolution including international arbitrations, litigation, mediation and adjudication.Before joining Beale and Company as a trainee, Anna spent a year working at Mouchel in London where she gained valuable non-contentious in-house commercial experience. Anna’s non-contentious experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising clients on professional appointments, collateral warranties and novation agreements.
