Support full-cycle recruitment which includes (but is not limited to): sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and presenting a diversified and high quality pool of candidates to TAS in a timely manner. Conducts pre-employment assessments such as pre-screen/reference checks, facilitates medical tests and licensing, as required, to ensure quality of each applicant. Supported recruitment for the SkyTrain Attendant position; screened over 100s applicants, booked over 100 interviews, and personally conducted 50 pre-screen interviews. Build and maintain good relations with Managers, Talent Acquisitions Specialists with day-to-day tasks, to ensure we meet organizational hiring needs and goals.Use PeopleSoft to generate resumes, view active job postings, and employee confidential information.
