Since 2003 I have been enjoying working in international Executive Recruitment, both in-house and in executive search agencies, hiring for Commercial (Business & Operations) and Corporate leadership roles across Europe, Asia, Middle East, US, LATAM. For the past 8 years working in Tech / Internet. In my current role, I am am responsible for Leadership hiring for Commercial and Corporate roles globally at OLX - one of the largest classifieds groups in the world (part of Prosus). I am also driving Leadership recruitment framework definition and implementation across the Group. Before OLX, I was TA Business Partner to COO and CPeO at Beat - a ride-hailing scale-up, Executive Recruiter at a last-mile delivery start-up in London, and Leadership Recruiter at VEON for their super-app start-up and telecom business.
